Q. How do you control the quality?
A. We normally take below steps to secure our quality control:
1) We make "sample book" for every new order, indicating every details (materials, specs, packaging), pre-confirmed by clients and us, then pass to our production team as a mandatory attachment for production;
2) After the contract being confirmed, we'll make pre-production samples and deliver to clients for confirmation;
3) After samples confirmed, we'll arrange bulk production accordingly;
4) Our QC/QA staff inspect the production strictly and randomly, under instruction of the "sample book", and record for future trace;
5) Production and packing accomplished, goods will be transferred to the ready-to-ship warehouse. Customers may inspect their goods by themselves or by an authorized third party in steps 3, 4, 5.

Q: Are all of the wiping products reusable?
A: Virgin Wood and Bamboo Pulp products are disposable, other products of Pulp + PET , Pulp + PP are reusable.
